Description

This is a fantastic enormous penthouse with direct views over the amazing beach on the Paradise Beach complex with a number of large swimming pools and direct access to own beach just a few mins stroll from apartment.

The gardens at PB are beautiful and lovely and peaceful to walk around. The apartment has been kitted out to suit all your needs and ideal for children with extra items (travel cot, games, dvds) included. Washing machine, dish washer, flat screen TV and all other mod cons. Fly screens on all the windows and ffans in each room (we find no air con needed as lovely breeze all year).

3 double bedrooms (queen and king beds) and 1 x 2 singles all with balcony access to enormous terraces. King is en-suite and 2 other bathrooms.

Wifi and satellite TV available for small charge locally.

Lovely views from sunny terraces with sun lounges and large table and umbrella if needed. There is an additional put up bed and 2 camp beds as well as the sofa beds in the lounge so flexible for larger groups. The top floor has an enclosed hallway area to the top terrace - we've used this as an open 'small bedroom 4' for children as an alternative to the lounge and the fold up bed easily fits into the master bedroom.

Safe, BBQ, all bedding and towels provided

Lovely stroll to the centre of Santa Maria (about 40 min walk) or 15-20 mins cycle or few mins in shared taxi/car and shuttle buses also available. Lovely stroll (10-20 mins along the beach) to the fab Pronta Preta beach with restaurants with beautiful surf and views. Bikini Beach is directly on our beach with amazing views and a lovely safe swimming area. Restaurant and bar at Bikini beach.

We are only looking for families who will look after our lovely penthouse as it's been lovingly decorated. 1 week minimum stay - flexible arrival dates.

Please note that Paradise Beach is a very quiet resort with beautiful gardens. If you like lots going on and on site bars and restaurants, this may not be for you. The other side of the PB resort is not complete but there is no building work going on.
