This lovely apartment has a pretty, big and sunny terrace and a big solarium with fabulous views of the countryside and the swimming pool

Located on second floor (Elevator available) the property is suitable for families with children, the elderly and golfers alike. Within the gated complex there is a reserved parking space which is close to the apartment.

Inside, the apartment is comfortably furnished with 2 bedrooms one with 2 single beds and other one with a doble bed, built in wardrobes and direct access to the terrace. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and there is a family shower room across the hall from the second bedroom.
The lounge has 1 sofa and two armchairs, TV, with Spanish satellite TV including a few Portugal channels. In the lounge there is a dining table with 4 chairs. French doors lead from the lounge to the terrace.

Air conditioning to the lounge and both bedrooms also provides heating to ensure a comfortable stay whatever the weather.

There is a fully equipped kitchen and utility area including: Dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, sandwich maker, oven, etc ... and a kitchen table and 4 chairs.

The complex is part of the resort of Costa Esuri, set in 80 hectares of unspoilt countryside with a golf course and close to beaches on Costa de la Luz, Spain and the Algarve, Portugal. The beautiful and traditional fishing town of Ayamonte is only 5 kms away with its cobbled streets, marina, restaurants, cafés, bars and boutique shops.

Costa Esuri is situated on the banks of the River Guadiana, close to the nature reserve of Castro Marim and only 1 km from the Portuguese border. The area is renowned for its magnificent beaches and first class golf courses.

Linen and towels (not beach towels) are included.

The apartment block is located within a gated development with reserved parking space. A car is essential to get the most from your holiday.

The Esuri golf club house is just a couple of minutes drive where you can sit on the terrace with a cool drink and enjoy fabulous views across the golf course and river to Portugal.

Visitors are able to visit either country easily (no border controls) and experience the best that both have to offer.
