Par 4 Villa 3 is an exclusive private luxurious villa located in the natural environment of Salobre Golf, with marvelous open views to our mountains, the sea and the golf course. This bungalow-style building has 90m2 surfaces in a 300m2 land.

 

It is built in only one floor, ideal for families with children or people with reduced mobility. It is very intimate and well-distributed, with ample and cozy common spaces, and very luminous, that lights up in every moment. Without a doubt, it is one of our favorite properties due to its quality-price relation.

 

• What can we find in Par 4 Villa 3?

 

This precious villa has two double bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, dressing room and bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has two single beds and other bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have direct access to the garden and the swimming pool through wide wall-windows that allow enjoying the magnificent views.

 

From the living room, you will enjoy the beautiful panoramic view of the terrace of the garden, with the golf course and the mountain on the background.

 

It is a confortable accommodation, with design and decoration that show openness and beauty. It includes TV LCD via satellite and iPod connection station.

 

The ample terrace with direct access from the living room has a 6-dining-guests table and sofas, and it is the ideal place to relax with family and friends, especially after a golf round.

 

The high-quality design furniture is added to the welcoming atmosphere in this terrace.

 

The main bedroom has direct access to the garden and the exceptional panoramic view. The kitchen and the dining room are perfectly integrated, with the entire needed electrical appliance to assure the best stay possible. The modern dining table made of steel and glass looks very attractive.

 

In the exterior it is located the private acclimatized 8x4 swimming pool (swimming pool heating service not included in the price), with saline treatment, gardening area and an ample semi-covered terrace with a furniture with dining-living rooms. It is ideal to enjoy the Gran Canaria’s weather in any tome of the year.

 

It is located only 10 minutes away from the island’s touristic center, Maspalomas and Meloneras.

Rectangular-shaped style, sroman steps to access the pool, heatable with a surcharge, 8 metres long, 4 metres wide and 1,4 metres deep.

Welcoming and key handover by our staff until 20.00 hours.

 

Our customers are gifted with an exclusive “welcoming pack” with basic products to spend the day in the villa. You will have our especial service of fresh breads deliver (delivered at the first hour in the morning in your villa).

 

It will carry out a complete weekly cleaning (after the 7 nights) with change of sheets set and towels for stays superior to 1 week.

 

This villa provides a cradle service without additional charge for minors under two years old. We pray you let us know at the booking, since the cradle and the highchair are available under petition.
