The perfect lakefront retreat! Enjoy the spectacular views of Big Boulder Lake of Poconos right from your balcony in this peaceful neighborhood. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and enough room to comfortably sleep 6-8 guests throughout 1,000 square feet of nicely appointed living space, this cozy condo is the perfect size and layout for families and friends out for an tranquil Pocono Mountain escape. Look forward to gathering with your companions in the unit's spacious living room, boasting a warm fireplace, comfortable furnishings, and cable TV. Cable TV is also supplied in each bedroom, as well as wireless internet access to help to satisfy all your entertainment needs. A fully stocked kitchen gives you the complete feeling of being at home, equipped with all the necessary cooking appliances. Step outside to either of the condo's 2 private balconies to admire sweeping views of Big Boulder Lake and the beautiful Pocono Mountains. When you're ready to call it a night, retire to one of the inviting bedrooms to rest up for the next eventful day.

You'll find all the other amenities you need to feel at home here, including air conditioning, central heating, and in-unit laundry machines for your convenience. Guests will have access to all parts of the condo, including the washer/dryers, kitchen and fireplace. Firewood is provided free of charge. No need to bring towels or linens - clean ones are provided for each arrival. Free Wi-Fi and cable TV are provided. Guests can park at the large parking lot in front of the building. In the summer, Guests will also have access to the community pool, hot tub, tennis, and lake activities including kayaking and boat rental. For nearby water skiing or tubing, please check out the Lake Harmony Water Sports website. In the winter, we are just seconds from Big Boulder - Jack Frost ski resort. Split Rock Resort is a few minutes away and offers an indoor water park, movie theater, bowling alley, arcade and more. Nestled in the heart of the Poconos, there are year-round activities available for you to take advantage of including whitewater rafting, skiing, fishing, hiking, snowmobiling, horseback riding, swimming, tubing, waterskiing, tennis, biking, casino, and outlet shopping.
