Description
Completely redecorated and painted for this season, Casablanca is a truly stunning property located in the quiet and peaceful gated golf and beach resort of Alcaidesa, near Sotogrande. The pool area is decked with sunbeds, gazebo with seated area and views across the meditteranean sea. The terrace is covered with a view panning the 3 continents of Spain, Gibraltar and Morocco on a clear day. Sit on the comfortable sofa looking out to sea or dine in the evening on the terrace with a barbecue and seating for everyone.
The house is very spacious catering upto 14 people (additional costs) which is ideal for families sharing, big groups, parties, retreats and even weddings
Perfectly situated for exploring both the Costa del Sol and Costa de la Luz. Cadiz, Jerez, Seville and Malaga are located within 1-2 hours drive while many of the white villages of Andalucia are a short distance away. The glitzy resorts of Marbella and Puerto Banus are a 40 minute drive.
The beach is a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute drive with car park and parking on the beach there are watersports (booked through the hotel) beach bars and restaurants. or for those who just want to relax, the 8m x 4m private pool is surrounded by lanscaped gardens and a large decked area, with outside bar, professional barbecue and dining area for your alfresco meals. There is also a grassed area to the back of the house with a large terrace ideal for children to play on.
For the active, local nature and jogging trails, tennis, padel, sailing and of course golf with the 36 hole Alcaidesa links on site and some of the best courses in Europe, including Valderrama, in the immediate vicinity.

“What a beautiful Villa feeling very chilled and relaxed after our stay”
Felt very relaxed and chilled after our stay. Enough room for all of us, lovely relaxing around the pool alday and then barbecuing on the terrace in the evening. Great spending time with friends all under the same roof. Lovely lounge to relax and chill out in the evening and a separate room for the kids with tv as well. The master suite is outstanding with views over the Mediterranean. Perfect holiday will book again for this villa great find and thank you to Natasha for making us feel so welcome

“Wonderful Villa”
I stayed here in March with family and friends and had a fabulous holiday . The Villa itself is fantastic loads of room and has all up to date appliances . We went for a week of relaxing and chilling and that’s exactly what we did . The views around from the Vila were amazing and there are lots of walks you can do in the surrounding areas plus the beach isn’t too far away at all . Would highly recommend for large groups that want to get away from it all and spend time together .

“Excellent for small group party, in quiet setting with good ambience”
Loved it all and hope to return. Great location, fantastic views, just as pretty as photos,all in superb condition, every convenience eg dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, 2 x jacuzzi s, TV's in most rooms including master bedroom, kitchen was good,wide range of utensils and gadgets. We were met with the keys, had the pool cleaned at start of week, Minor problem was the TV sets which were not easy to operate sometimes.

“Lovely villa. Amazing views.”
This villa was lovely. Spectacular views. Very comfortable and accomodated 7 adults and 2 children perfectly. The pool was a great size with ample sunbeds provided. The space outside was great too with a nice lawned area at the back of the property. Only a couple of negatives it was a bit too far to walk to the beach. We did do it once but the walk back was a bit much in the heat. Also not many places to eat locally so we had to visit the supermarkets. Actually that wasnt too bad as it allowed us to enjoy the villa more especially the outside eating area and the bbq. We all agreed we would definately go back. Very helpful owner Natasha and Frank the pool man.
