Nestled in a private garden setting a delightful 3 bedroom / 1.5 bath (+ outdoor shower) home in Hardings Beach Hills is available to rent this season. With access to Buck's Creek flowing to Nantucket Sound, you can launch your kayak, fish, or crab from the private association neighborhood dock and picnic area just down the street from your front door. For beach lovers, the world-famous Hardings Beach is only (0.4 miles) a five to eight-minute walk or bicycle ride down the safe side roads and sidewalks for a day of sun, surf, and sand. Bike or walk to the corner for breakfast, coffee, and a paper. The Cape Cod Bike Trail is less than 1.5 miles away. Baseball, band concerts, dining, golf, and shopping are only 2.5 miles away in downtown Chatham.
The light-colored interior with glass top tables and tastefully appointed furnishings include HDTV, cable, wireless internet, and old fashioned board games for your indoor enjoyment. A sun-room is perfect for morning coffee and reading the paper. Afternoons and evenings can be spent in the backyard playing croquet or settling into the outdoor patio furniture to read a favorite book. Two bedrooms each have queen beds and the third bedroom has two twin beds making it perfect for couples, friends, and families with older children. There is a gas grill for easy outdoor barbecuing with a table and chairs for outdoor dining! A/C window units are in all of the bedrooms. There is an outdoor shower with a soaker/rain head to wash away the sand and stress. A Welcome Book is provided to assist you in making many special memories in this getaway home.
