Luxury and luminous 3 bedroom penthouse located in the first line of the beach in El Medano with terrace and fantastic views. Accommodation for up to 6 persons is located on the fourth floor with elevator. It has 3 bedrooms, one with double bed and bathroom and two with 2 separate beds each, a bathroom with bathtub, fully equipped kitchen, large living room with tv and sofa and terrace with amazing panoramic views at the beach and red mountains. It is ideal for families or couples looking for a relaxing and peaceful holiday in the best area of El Medano.

“Best location and facilities”

This 3 bedroom penthouse apartment is perfectly located with access to El Medano square and beautiful views of the beach. It is spacious and well decorated. A new coffee machine was provided upon request and a welcome bottle of wine. The balcony provided terrific views of the whole bay with all the windsurfing and kite surfing activity. Time to beach is less than 1 minute!! We had a great time, there are so many great restaurants within a short walk and we can’t wait to rebook. Many thanks to our hosts

How do damage deposits work?

If Josie and Carlos (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
