Description

Newly built 4 bedroom villa with private pool in the village of Ghasri. The villa has been built to a high specification whilst maintaining a traditional Gozitan feel. You can enjoy the large kidney shaped pool with unobstructed veiws of the valley and the sea beyond. The property has air conditioned bedrooms and complimentary wifi.
Large and airy 4 bedroomed house, enjoying lots of natural light, fully equipped with double-glazed windows (with tilt and turn functionality).
This beautiful property is situated in a quaint hill top village, easily accessible with free on street parking. It is a new build in traditional style using local limestone.
On the ground floor there is a modern kitchen and dining area, a lovely living area along with a relaxing reading room and a shower room. Kitchen is well-equipped including a built in microwave, oven and dishwasher and a five burner hob. The living area includes a 40" LED TV, and welcoming log burning fireplace. Directly outside the living areas there is a spacious kidney-shaped pool with sun deck and a charcoal BBQ area, with unobstructed views of the quiet rural valley with distant sea views even from the pool - relax and enjoy!
On the first floor there are 1 large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom as well as 2 singles which can be converted into a large double with a separate shower room (shower rooms are all with walk-in shower). All the bedrooms enjoy a balcony and views. Another en-suite bedroom can be found on the second floor which also enjoys the roof terrace. A washroom including a washing machine is also available on the top floor. Free WiFi is also provided throughout the property.

How do damage deposits work?
