Description

This modern bungalow is located in Tecklenburg-Brochterbeck, a climatic health village in the north of the famous Münsterland at the foot of Teutoburger Wald hills. The village has won several prices in local beautiful country villages contests and is home to approximately 2000 people. The village is still growing, some residental developments are ongoing, but not close by. 2 restaurants, 2 bakeries, some other shops and a well assorted supermarket offers good local support. The area is great for cycling, hiking, running, walking, climbing and a lot of other outdoor activities. The large Teutoburger Forest surrounds the flat Münsterland and is a great contrast to the park like Münsterland with more than 100 manors and castles. The house is very neat and comfortable for 6 persons. Last renovation inside spring 2014, outside 2019. Child's bed and high chair in place. Twin satellite receiver available for Astra from Britain and the continent. Please see the photos for more details on rooms and furniture. A lawn and a terrasse are also completed by Mai 2011, additional plants are put out. Please ask us for more details and visit our web site at fhs-tecklenburg . de Pets allowed on request. Linen available on request. Weekly rental on main season, minimum rental 3 days. Arrival on Sundays is not possible. Absolutely no smoking. 100 € deposit.
