The holiday apartment is surrounded by 800 sqm large, open garden property with flowers and bushes. The owner lives in the house (with separate entrance). To collective use available: barbecue possibilities.

ning. Entrance on the 2nd floor, through the external stairs. Living/bedroom with 2 additional beds double sofa bed, dinette (4 places), tv and access to the balcony (6 sqm). Bedroom with 1 double bed. cooking nook in the living/bedroom with electric cooker (2 cooking plates), refrigerator and electric water jug. bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Other facilities: Internet access (WLAN). Television available by satellite.
Pets: not allowed.
In the summer: Adriatic Sea (beach 500 m with sand and gravel-sand). Diving, Mini golf and tennis in each direction 500 m.

“Had just one day, but...”
Spent just onw night here, as we were on our way north. The host is very kind, the appartment is nice, and it takes just some minutes to our favorite Vodice restaurand, "Gušte"

“Nice apartment in Vodice for cool holidays.”
Nice apartment with a balcony overlooking sea. Facilities included kitchen where it was easy to make breakfasts or dinners. Fast free internet. The owner was very kind and helpful and frequently asked about our comfort. We came late in the night and it was not a problem. Apartment location is with very short walking distance to the town center and beaches. Town of Vodice is a good starting point for exploring Croatia and we made trips to Plitvice lakes and also Dubrovnik within our 9-day stay. We recommend this apartment especially for couples wanting to stay in this nice and lively seaside town but also to those who wants to explore more of Croatia by car while staying at one location. We felt very welcomed there and would like to be back one day.
