Located within a very quiet and well located residential area, this villa enjoys spectacular views of the Montana Roja volcano. With a modern and comfortable decoration and a very well kept and equipped exterior, this house offers all the comfort and relaxation you need during your holidays.
It has 2 cosy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; the master bedroom with a double bed of 1.50 x 1.90 and en-suite bathroom and a second bedroom with 2 single beds. Living-dining room very luminous thanks to the large windows and with direct access to the outside area. Fully equipped kitchen so that you have everything you need to enjoy it with your family and friends.
Villalia Guájara offers essential services such as private parking, wifi service, Smart TV, 42-inch HD with the possibility of Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, HBO (you need to be a user to access the applications), satellite TV, air conditioning and barbecue.
