There is 24hrs security monitoring systems in the building which brings true peace of mind for all the residents and guests. Doormen are available 24 hrs a day as well as the technicians to fix your tech problems. Laundry and dry-cleaning are available in the ground floor for a reasonable fee.

Gramercy has ATM machine located on the ground floor. It also provides in-house shuttle service which can take you anywhere you want to go for a minimal fee. Concierge will be able to help you hail a taxi anytime of the day.

The Gramercy Residences is located between Kalayaan Avenue and Eduque Street and is a short drive to MRT stations. Taxis and jeepneys pass by the area while airport is about 20 minutes drive to Gramercy. There is pay-parking spaces just outside the building.

My guests will have access to amenity floors- 36th and 37th using a card. Transport Service (payable) must be booked at least 2 days in advance.

My guests can expect a safe neighborhood with security guards in each building and policemen walking around. They will be in close proximity to many establishments, clubs, restaurants, transport, etc.

Great location! Lots of restaurants and shopping. Century Mall is excellent! Everything you need is in walking distance. The building is immaculate with great service. Very safe!!

Our overall experience was outstanding. From the moment we arrived our hostess, Ms. Karen had been most helpful. We also appreciated the acceptance of our last minute request to extend our stay. The property is located near A Venue mall and the soon to be opened, Century City Mall in its backyard. There are a variety of food choices within walking distance of the property and on certain nights they have a night market with food & live entertainment just a stone's throw away at the mall parking lot. The amenities at the Gramercy are top notch. They have 3 different swimming pools (kiddie, lounging, and lap pool). Fitness center, Spa, game room, movie theater are just some of the amenities we enjoyed during our stay. The unit itself was really nice and clean. It has a well equipped kitchen with a full size fridge. The bed is really comfortable and the room has a great entertainment system with fast WiFi. The view outside on the balcony of the unit is overlooking the kids play area and garden area, and also the upcoming century city mall. Its a very relaxing, quiet place to stay in Makati; we never had any problems with traffic when traveling to and from the residences. Would love to stay there again soon!!
