Flachau is famous for its wonderfully groomed, diverse slopes. The resort's selection of piste's ranges from simple beginners' slopes to a variety of red slopes and a permanent timed route.
With extensive modern snow making facilities you are guaranteed snow, great piste conditions and modern lifts ensuring you of a super winter holiday.
Flachau is in the ski area known as Salzburger Sportwelt. It is the ideal entry point into one of Austria's largest ski areas made up of the villages of Flachau, Wagrain, Flachauwinkl, Kleinarl, Zauchensee, Altenmarkt, Radstadt, Eben, Filzmoos, St Johann, Alpendorf and Goldegg.
Flachau is at the very heart of the larger ski region known as Ski Amadé - Austria's largest skiing group - with 5 top regions and 25 skiing destinations. One lift pass is all you need to experience Ski Amade with a grand total of 860 kilometers of piste and 270 lifts.
Visitors are bound to have fun on the mountains where Hermann Maier and Manuela Riegler learned their trade – how to become a World Champion Skier. Flachau boasts 3 ski areas and three valleys – all just a stone's throw from you.
This 110 square metre chalet apartment in Flachau, Austria (incuding cellar) is beautifully set in an elevated position with its own private garden. surrounded by fantastic ski in ski out facilities next to the slopes.
The town of Flachau is a short walk from the apartment in just 8 minutes where you have shops, ski rental, and restuarants and bars walking distance.
The chalet consists of a fully fitted open plan kitchen / dining room / lounge.

1 x quad bedroom (bunk beds)
1 x bathroom with bath and shower & toilet en suite to master bedroom
1 x shower room with toilet
The apartment has a 6 person sauna for relaxing after a long day ski

The dining area has a good sized table and can seat up to 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped, with all the essentials including, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, toaster. Underfloor heating throughout.
There are three bedrooms. There are 2 double bedrooms with double beds. One has an en suite bathroom. The Quad room has two bunk beds. All bedrooms are furnished to a high standard, with excellent storage facilities. There is also a heated ski cellar where skis and boards can be stored. There is also a ski boot heater.
The apartment is located on a development of other apartments and also has a communal play swing and slide for younger children.
There is also free high speed internet.

Super-modern chalet with all you could ask for, from fully stocked kitchen and showers with loads of hot water, to brand-new sauna and a stone’s throw from the slopes and main lift.

“Best ski trip ever!”
We had the best trip to Flachau. The apartment was perfect for our group of 8. It had everything we needed for our stay and the sauna was an added bonus. It was handy being able to ski to the end of the street at the end of the day down the achterjet run as well
