Your holiday for sun, sea, sandy beaches, peaceful shade and quiet private pool are all here at Apartment SunnyView away from traffic and noisy resorts yet close enough for 10 minute access by train or car.
No Children; No pets.
Ideal for romantic couples who will welcome the privacy and security of an apartment with a spacious elevated patio/balcony with stunning uninterrupted sea and mountain views. Furnished with sun loungers by the Pool and tables, chairs and BarBQ for dining al fresco. No smoking indoors but outdoors - no problem.
WIFI available in apartment at no extra cost. and Air Conditioning. Mosquito nets fitted to windows.
This private villa area includes tennis courts, paddle tennis and parks, supermarket, bars with TV and restaurants all available and just a short walk away.
This property is uphill about 500m from the main road. There are steps up to the flat which is on the ground floor level of the property. We have cats. Please note that in case of alergies and health issues this property may not be suitable for you.
It is advisable you have adequate travel and medical insurance cover for this area.

“Sunny view”
We stayed one night instead of 9 . The garden and views were beautiful . The apartment was very remote . Further out of things than we expected although the ad did say it was a ten min walk ect . Cats at the property but didn't say there was 9 of them . The bedroom was only wide enough for a bed and no window . It was very stuffy . Lots of rules and stickers saying to turn taps and lights off . The settee was supported with wood as it's seen it's day . Felt for the money charged it was dated and tired and a bit smelly . Not home from home . Left in a hurry as was a bit wary to tell owner but really should have . Have had a few days to think about it and really we should have got some money back . The inside needs some attention .

Response from the owner This is a very surprising review considering the reviews we have received over the last few years, from many guests, in the 4/5 star bracket ! We received a message from these guests above via their iPhone just one day after their arrival at our property which does not in any way reflect their comments above. They did not contact us at any time about their complaints. Indeed their phone message to us "below" depicts a completely different picture of our property to that depicted in their review above. QUOTE: ."Hello we Are away to visit friends . Sorry the apartment is lovely . Just a bit too secluded for us thank you for everything . Key is in barbecue tray . Sorry didn't want to disturb you" . ....Sent from iPhoneOn .......... In addition these guests imply they got no refund by saying "we should have got some money back" . With the assistance of TripAdvisor as mediator we confirm that we did indeed give these clients a "goodwill" refund.. Thank you once again to the TripAdvisor Service Team for their assistance in this matter.

“EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS!!!!”
My husband and I stayed here for a week from 20/7-27/7. We contacted Marie from the train station at Malaga(having spent 3 nights in Seville) to let her know we were on our way, she met us at the station in Torremuelle and drove us around the area pointing out the bars, restaurants and the supermarket which was great for us getting our bearings. The apartment itself is well situated with lovely views, fabulous pool(very welcome as it was hot), a BBQ(which my husband made full use of), there are 3 separate seating places meaning you can follow the sun all day if you want and there is everything else you could want from a self catering apartment, including a very efficient washing machine, a large fridge/freezer, screens on all windows and the door to keep out the insects, there is no TV but that was not an issue for us. The bed is comfy and although there is no actual window looking outdoors in the bedroom there is one above the room door which was fine, the walls are very thick and therefore kept it cool. There are cats who like to come and say hello from time to time but as advised by Marie we didn't feed them or let them into the property. Although the apartment is situated on a hill we took our time whenever we went down to the town or to the supermarket but would suggest that anyone with mobility issues may want to consider a taxi. The apartment is approx. a 10 min walk from the train station which was great as we used it to get to Arroyo and Torremolinos. Overall we had the most amazing time and wished we had booked for longer. It's like having your own private villa!! Had looked to return for a fortnight in 2019 but some lucky couple have beaten us to it lol.

“Perfect Relaxing Holiday”
Perfect location for a couples getaway can honestly say I've never been so relaxed and chilled on a holiday. The garden, pool and BBQ area is perfect and to be honest there were some days we didn't leave the villa as we were completely chilled out sitting there all day. The area is so peacefully quiet you barely hear a sound all day. The Train station is a 5 min walk and you can go anywhere from Fuengirola to Malaga for a few Euros. Supermarkets and a couple of nice bars and a really lovely restaurant are about a 10 min walk away maybe slightly longer coming back up the hill but I'm not sure if that was to do with the heat or the measures of drink they pour . Marie is lovely and very helpful to answer any questions you may have during your stay, she also gave us a little tour of the area on arrival. All I all an idyllic little place, beautiful views from villa, peaceful, relaxing and super chilled. Would not hesitate to book again and we will be.

“Could not fault”
Fantastic place to stay, Everything clean and tidy. Marie the host could not do anymore to make our stay pleasant. “Ideal for a relaxing holiday with a perfect location”
From our first contact with Maria she was very helpful and accommodating, and during our stay nothing was too much trouble. Sunnyview was ideal for us as a couple with perfect outdoor facilities and view in a quiet and peaceful location. It was easily accessible to busier resorts as the train station was only 5 minutes walk away. Sunnyview was spotless inside and outside and we would have no hesitation to return in the future
