This waterfront condo was featured on HGTV's Beachfront Bargain Hunt (the episode is named "Redemption in Rockport" and originally aired September 2015). There's an awesome view as soon as you walk through the front door. Breezes off the Gulf of Mexico can be enjoyed while relaxing on a balcony that's more than 40 feet long, and every room has a view of Aransas Bay. Sunrises are brilliant here. The entire space is on the second floor, and access is by stairwell. Guests have access to a 725-foot pier for fishing or a relaxing stroll. A boat launch and several slips for docking are available. Boats and kayaks also can be parked on the property. There's a swimming pool, wide-open common area with outdoor grilling that also overlooks the Bay, and tennis courts. It's generally very quiet here, yet just a short drive to the center of Rockport.

We had a good time in rock port beach condo. It is a clean, quiet, and cozy place and has nice view. It is easy to access the rest of town.

So many of our guests have expressed their concerns, and we are happy to report of our miracle. Our condo, along with the other buildings at our property, sustained minimal damage. Because of the downed trees and destruction of the fishing pier, we are unable to accommodate guests for a few more days until everything is clear. Also, we are keeping some availability for a local family that might need housing while their home is repaired. Hang with us, check back, and we and the rest of Rockport will be back, Texas strong!
