Description
Modern contemporary apartment finished to a high standard in the old Spanish fishing village of Sabinillas, near to Duquesa port.
Relax in the sun on the wide sandy beaches of Sabinillas with its palm trees, beachfront restaurants and café bars.
Take a stroll along the promenade to Duquesa Port and enjoy one of its many bars and restaurants from around the world, or take a short bus or taxi ride to the trendy bars in Puerto Banus and Marbella. Explore the delights of North Africa by taking the short ferry ride to Tangiers or enjoy the breath taking views from the Moorish town of Rhonda. For children, El Duque park is situated just opposite the apartment and is a fabulous children's space, with a huge boat shaped play area and climbing frame. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk and the nearest supermarket is a 2-3 minutes walk away.
The apartment sleeps 4 adults; but can accommodate 2 adults and 3 children (restricted space)with the use of an extra bed in the second bedroom. With a shower room and family bathroom, dishwasher, microwave, Smart TV and washing machine everything you need for a relaxing holiday is at hand. Please Note there is no WiFi access in the apartment.
There a 4 golf courses within a few minutes of the apartment (prices starting at 45 Euros) with the prestigious Valderrama being only a 15 minutes drive away.
Travel cots and high chairs can be provided upon request.

Revisaré los mapas y las instrucciones que le enviamos para asegurarnos de que sean lo mejor que puedan ser. No proporcionamos wifi y esto quedó claro en el momento de la reserva. El wifi en la piscina es gratuito para todos. Como propietarios, intentamos brindar el mejor servicio, pero parece que podríamos haberlo hecho mejor en esta ocasión. “What a fantastic place and holiday we had”
Steve arrange a hire car booking for us at a hire car company in Malaga, which went perfectly. An hours drive and we were collecting the key to a wonderful apartment with secure underground parking. The apartment really is lovely and comfortable, we woke to a wonderful view of a private shared pool that the kids couldn't keep out of, the complex is beautiful and secure for children. From the front Balcony, you can see the Sea and a Mountain. Less than 5 minutes walk is a great well-stocked supermarket which supplied us with all our needs making for easy shopping. Not much farther from the supermarket is the town and the beachfront, again all fantastic, lovely restaurants and seafront. For us, a family of 4 with 2 children under 10 years old, it was Perfect and we would like to return next year. Communication with Steve was very good, making the logistics very easy for us. The location really does have easy access via car to places like Gibraltar and Marbella and other such lovely places. We shall definatly return, thank you Steve...

“Fantastic”
My family and I have just arrived back from Steve’s apartment in San Luis De Sabinillas, and we have had a fantastic holiday. This is a genuine Spanish town, with amazing, clean beaches. The apartment was well furnished, as was the kitchen with all mod cons. The complex was very well maintained, as was the swimming pool and gardens. There is ample space to laze around the pool. Definitely don’t need a car, although would recommend if you want to pop to Gibraltar for a day, or even a trip to the Roman baths (10mins away), or the big market in Estepona on a Wednesday. Steve is a great owner and is very prompt in replying to any requests or queries. I would definitely recommend staying here and we will go back.
