The spacious 3 bedroom apartment 'In Orchard' is, as the name promises, in the midst of an orchard with over 100 some old fruit trees on the outskirts of the village Lorenzenberg in Aßling in the district of Ebersberg.

The bright basement apartment is luxuriously furnished, has a terrace and a garden. Especially suitable for families.

Wonderfully quiet located in the beautiful rolling hills of the Bavarian Alps. A very good starting point for Munich but also for the Chiemgau and Lake Chiemsee, the Bavarian Alps.

“Fantastic stay in beautiful Bayern”

After 2 wonderful weeks in Italy we stayed for 1 week in the apartment of Anita und Stefan. We planned to stay her for a few days, but since we and our daughters (11 and 3 years old) liked it so much, we ended up staying a week. And we would have loved to stay even longer! The apartment is beautifully decorated and furnished with everything you need. f.e. a iron and an ironing board, which you don't find in apartments in Italy. Our daughters loved to sleep in the bunk bed and to play in the orchard. We travelled to München by train, which is a great connection from Grafing. Within half an hour you are at München Hauptbahnhof. A very nice and interesting city and after a busy day in the city it was nice to 'come home' in the orchard, to the serene countryside. Stefan provided us with useful tips for Biergartens (like Maxl Rain and the Ayinger Brauerei) and we made some nice trips to places in the area like Wasserburg. Grafing is also a very nice, small village with some nice, and very affordable (compared to Holland) restaurants. Our daughters already asked us when we can go back to Lorenzenberg.
