Description

Villa is furnished in a contemporary style, the interiors are decorated in light colors and white, which, together with a large panoramic sliding windows makes the villa filled with a festive ease and lightness. The houses are built of and decorated with natural materials - marble, granite, limestone.

The villa is located in the private sector of the closed area of Hotel Iberostar (5 stars). The territory is guarded. All the beaches are private and closed. Villa has it's own pool for spending great time)

We provide several Villas for rent, so if you wish to travel with a company of Guests, or would like see other variants, just inform)

Before renting the villa, client need to pay security deposit on place in cash (300$ per villa), for compensation of any potential damage caused to property and the additional costs associated with accommodation (Electricity, water on the counter NOT included in the rate). Balance we will return on place.

We had an amazing stay on this villa! Perfect location with a private beach and great service - our villa was cleaned thoroughly everyday. I highly recommend taking the Day Pass - it costs $45 per day and gets you unlimited food and drinks (All inclusive system).

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Alex (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
