Beautiful comfy and cozy lakeside cottage in the village of Sajzy, 15km from Elk, North East Poland
This charming wooden house is a perfect base to explore the stunning region of Masuria, or if you just want to relax and light the BBQ and enjoy the peace and tranquilty it's also excellent.
There are games and toys for the kids and you can light the wood burning stove on any chilly days, but the house has radiators too.
The large private garden has a sandpit, BBQ, fire pit and picnic table.
The lake is right on your doorstep for refreshing swims or why not take the boat available for free and really explore.
The house sleeps 6 adults in beds that can be doubles or twins on request, there is also a camp bed which is downstairs, as well as a cot. The stairs have stairgates at the top and bottom, so the house is ideal for those with families.
In July and August there is a bar and restaurant in the village.
Elk is the centre of the region and here you will find supermarkets to stock-up as well as a lively promenade with bars and restaurants.
The town has many events during the seaosn, hot air balloons, fireworks,and jetskiing championships, so if your looking for a bit more life!!

“All the comforts of home”
We had a really great time at the Lake House. We were four adults and a 1-year-old child. The house has everything you could to be comfortable and to feel relaxing. Tastefully decorations which fit really well to the wooden walls and floorboards. Also Sarah the hostess was super helpful and always available. She also showed us how to collect mushrooms in the forest nearby. We used the rowboat almost every day onthe still waters of the picturesque and quiet lake. There were lots of toys for our son, and even a play area under the stairs. One thing to note is that the house is located not right on the lake, but on the other side of the road, but still very close (10 meters) We were more than satisfied and would definitely recommend it.
