54 m2 + 10 m2 terrace, in a residential complex The apartment very well located, on the edge of the complex, on the 3rd floor with elevator. It is composed of 2 connecting rooms. The first has a bed of 1.90 m by 1.60 m, and climatisation.Cette room provides access to a second chamber, provided with a bed of 1.80 m to 1.40 m. There is also a sofa bed for 2 people in the livingroom. The apartment enjoys a beautiful view of the sea, on the golf course and also on the Teide. The terrace facing south, you will enjoy the sun and the pleasant climate of Tenerife.Elle also has a remote control electric awning window holder and the windows are equipped with mosquito nets. Parque Albatros is a quiet complex, well maintained and secure (key card access). which has a large heated pool, monitored and surrounded by beautiful mature gardens. A small playground is dedicated to children. Space is also reserved for them in the pool. There is also a bar overlooking the pool, restaurant, entertainment for children and evening shows. The complex has direct access to the Atlantic Avenue (restaurants), close to the sea. The reception is open 24/24, and a small troubleshooting trade. Access to Wi-Fi is available for free in the reception. Just ask the code. There are also laundry facilities on site. A car is recommended, but not indispensable.Le resort is ~ 10 minutes from the aéroport.Le taxi ride will cost you less than 15 €. Tenerife has a very good bus network, which connects the main areas of the island. A bus station is 50 m 'Parque Albatros. Several small shops are also located in the vicinity .To 3 km away is the shopping center 'San Blas', with restaurants and evening entertainment. Easy access to the motorway (Los Chafiras 5 km) you can reach the beautiful beaches, well-known, Los Cristianos, Los Americas, El Medano or the large amusement park 'Siam Park' less 15 minutes. Many distractions offent to you: The Golf: you are located in the center of 2 golf courses: Amarilla Golf (18 holes) and Golf del Sur (27 holes). 5mn in the heart of the Marina, a dive in a submarine will discover wildlife. Beautiful walks, seaside, on either side of the marina take you until Los Abrigos or Los Galletas. Possibility also windsurfing, karting, paragliding, horse riding .... Not to mention the Pico del Teide, Spain's highest mountain, which rises to 3715 m, and the top is reached by cable Initially Los Cristianos , numerous boat trips to see dolphins, whales or visit the island of Gomera .........

We have just spent over 4 weeks in Claude’s apartment in Tenerife. The weather was glorious, the view from the balcony fantastic and the apartment was spacious and well equipped. The surrounding area has plenty of restaurants and mini markets. The large supermarket is only a £12 taxi ride away. The site is safe and has its own restaurant and bar open all day and evening. Try happy hour from 5pm-6.30pm!

Golf del Sur is situated on the southern end of Tenerife, hence benefits from more cooling breezes than the more developed resorts on its west coast. So maybe more attractive to those who find the west coast too hotel it's also less intensively developed, largely due to being sited on the sides of a golf course. Beaches egsist but can not be compared with most British beaches. There is a black sand one alongside the footpath to Los Abrigos, As well as a man made golden one alongside the same footpath. However all complexes have private pools and I consider very few have a better ambience than pool at Parque Albatros.
