54 m2 + terrasse 10 m2, dans complexe résidentiel

L'appartement très bien situé, en bordure du complexe, au 3e étage, avec ascenseur. Il est composé de 2 chambres communicantes. La première dispose d'un lit de 1,90 m sur 1,60 m, et de la climatisation.Cette chambre donne accès à une seconde chambre, pourvue d' un lit de 1,80 m sur 1,40 m.

L'appartement bénéficie d'une très belle vue, sur la mer, sur le terrain de golf et aussi sur le Teide.

La terrasse, située plein sud, vous permettra de profiter du soleil et du climat agréable de Tenerife.Elle bénéficie également d'un auvent à télécommande électrique

La porte- fenêtre et les fenêtres sont pourvues de moustiquaires.

Parque Albatros est un complexe calme, bien entretenu et sécurisé (accès par carte magnétique). qui possède une grande piscine chauffée,surveillée et entourée de beaux jardins arborés.

Une petite aire de jeux est dédiée aux enfants. Un espace leur est également réservé, dans la piscine.

Il y a aussi un bar, donnant sur la piscine, un restaurant, des animations pour les enfants et des spectacles en soirée.

Le complexe a un accès direct à l'avenue de l'Atlantique ( restaurants), à proximité de la mer. La réception est ouverte 24 h/ 24 h, ainsi qu'un petit commerce de dépannage.

L'accès à la Wi-fi est disponible dans l'appartement Il y a également une laverie sur le site.

Une voiture est recommandée, mais pas indispensable.Le complexe se trouve à ~ 10 mn de l'aéroport.Le trajet en taxi vous coûtera moins de 15 €.

Tenerife dispose d'un très bon réseau de bus, qui relie les principales zones de l'île. Une station de bus se trouve à 50 m de 'Parque Albatros'. Plusieurs petits commerces se trouvent aussi à proximité.A 3 km se trouve le centre commercial 'San Blas', avec des restaurants et des animations en soirée.

La facilité d'accès à l'autoroute (Los Chafiras à 5 km) vous permet de rejoindre les belles plages, très connues, de Los Christianos, Los Americas, El Medano ou encore le grand parc d'attractions 'Siam park' en moins de 15 minutes.

De nombreuses distractions s'offent à vous :

Le Golf : vous êtes situés au centre de 2 parcours de golf : Amarilla golf (18 trous) et Golf del Sur (27 trous).

A 5mn, au cœur de la Marina, une plongée en sous-marin vous fera découvrir la faune.

De belles promenades , en bord de mer, de chaque coté de la marina vous conduisent jusque Los Abrigos, ou Los Galletas.

Possibilité aussi de planche à voiles, karting, parapente,équitation....

Sans oublier le Pic du Teide , plus haute montagne d'Espagne , qui culmine à 3 715 m, et dont le sommet est accessible par téléphérique

Au départ de Los Christianos, nombreuses excursions en bateau pour voir les dauphins, les baleines ou visiter l'île de la Goméra.........

“Parque Albatros 429”

Although the apartment was quite comfortable with views to sea and golf course some details were very poor We were there for three weeks and had no change of bedding or towels in fact my wife washed the bedding and towels and when she took the pillow case off her pillow the protector could only be described as disgusting a filthy brown ripped item that was only fit for the bin the tap in the kitchen sink wasn’t in much better shape with bits ready to fall off Would be not too bad if these things were sorted Don’t think we’ll use this one again

“Fabulous”

We have just spent over 4 weeks in Claude’s apartment in Tenerife. The weather was glorious, the view from the balcony fantastic and the apartment was spacious and well equipped. The surrounding area has plenty of restaurants and mini markets. The large supermarket is only a £12 taxi ride away. The site is safe and has its own restaurant and bar open all day and evening. Try happy hour from 5pm-6.30pm!

“Longest Holiday of My Life”

Golf del Sur is situated on the southern end of Tenerife, hence benefits from more cooling breezes than the more developed resorts on its west coast. So maybe more attractive to those who find the west coast too hotel it's also less intensively developed, largely due to being sited on the sides of a golf course. Beaches egsist but can not be compared with most British beaches. There is a black sand one alongside the footpath to Los Abrigos, As well as a man made golden one alongside the same footpath. However all complexes have private pools and I consider very few have a better ambience than pool at Parque Albatros.
