Situated in a fantastic location being both on the beach and adjacent to the centre of the still very Spanish town of Estepona this 5th/top floor flat (reached by lift or stairs)has wonderful views facing South and West to Gibraltar and Africa Restaurants ,bars and shops are on your doorstep as is the wide sandy beach just 10 metres across the pedestrian only promenade The marina is a short stroll along this superbly maintained promenade which has children play areas ,outdoor gym equipment and of course tapas bars( 1 excellent bar immediately below as is the Correos) The accommodation comprises 1 large double bedroom having en suite bathroom with walk in shower 1 large twin bedroom and 1 single bedroom which share the large family bathroomwith bath/shower.There is a large lounge/dining room and a separate fully fitted kitchen A flight of stairs immediately outside the front door gives access to the community roof area providing super clothes/towel drying facilitiesThe living room has air conditioning but as there are large sliding doors (fitted with electric blinds) to both the South and West leading to the balcony, a cooling breeze can be found and being on the top floor it is private and quiet, ,Should you hire a car private secure underground parking is available

“Location amazing”

On location alone I would rate this 5 stars. Quiet rooms yet a stroll a way from the old town with restaurants and shops and bars. This could easily have been a 5 star review with a bit more effort on the cleanliness of the kitchen and bathrooms. Nothing an hour of proper cleaning didn't fix but not what you expect. Comfortable beds and great outlook so overall a good holiday.
