Newly renovated, open-floor, light-filled Studio apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and washer in a safe and secure building with a large balcony and stunning view.
Be advised that this is a privately owned condo, not a hotel.
The building itself is over 50 years old and rundown paint job - sorry, nothing we can do about that as yet, management does that part. My rooms however are as modern, clean, and comfortable as you would like and more inside this landmark structure. It is a gated community with 24/7 security and video monitoring.
