Description
Nichée dans la verdure d'un jardin tropical arboré et fleuri, la villa Maya, d'esprit créole en bois exotique se trouve à proximité du bourg de Deshaies, charmant petit village de pêcheurs.
Sa vaste terrasse couverte domine la plage de Grande Anse, la plus belle de Basse-Terre. Elle vous offre, autour d'un grand salon colonial, trois chambres dont une avec cabinet de toilette, une salle de bain et une cuisine équipée ouverte sur la terrasse couverte où se situent un salon et la salle à manger. Une quatrième chambre, en rez-de-jardin, avec sa salle de bain privée, donne directement sur la piscine. Une douche extérieure, en bois rouge, noyée dans la végétation, vous permettra de jouer les Robinson...La piscine, entouré d'un vaste deck en bois, est sécurisée par barrières et portillons.
L'environnement est résidentiel, le village et ses commerces se trouvent à trois minutes en voiture, la plage à moins de dix minutes à pied.
Les tarifs sont indiqués sans la quatrième chambre. Un supplément de l'ordre 150€ à 270€/ semaine sera appliqué si le locataire choisit l'option avec la quatrième chambre (plus de 6 personnes).
Une participation de 120€ aux frais de ménage est demandée.
Enfin, pour la période des fêtes de fin d'année, nous n'acceptons que des locations d'un minimum de 10 jours (avec le 25 décembre ou le 1er janvier) ou de 15 jours (avec le 25 décembre et le 1er janvier).
