This 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom Penthouse are located in gated residential community Terrazas de Alcaidesa. The apartment enjoys a spacious living room area with access to the terrace, kitchen fully fitted with electrical appliances installed, utility area, access to a private back terrace.
The master bedroom en-suite with fitted wardrobes and access to the main terrace. There are two guest bedrooms also with fitted wardrobes and a fully fitted bathroom to share.
The apartment is tastefully decorated, ceramic floors, manual shutters, fully installed air conditioning. The buildings have 3 levels, underground parking, storerooms and direct access from the basement with a lift to all levels.

House rules
-Suitcases, golf bags etc. should be stored in the storeroom 51 in the garage.
-Empty the water tank and filter after each use of the tumble dryer.
-Pillows for the terrace furniture’s should be stored inside during night- time. It often gets very humid and condensed outside during late evening or night.
-After use of the Weber grill/BBQ, please make sure it is cleaned after use, always turn of the gas, if the gas is empty please change at a Repsol Gas station (5 kg).

“Beautiful apartment”
What a beautiful apartment with so much space. Modern, light and had everything you need. The balcony/terrace is absolutely huge and you could stay out there all day and evening as the sun moves round. Very quiet location and all communal areas kept beautifully clean and tidy. You do need a car as you need to travel to get to supermarket, restaurants etc but all only 10 mins away at most. Sotogrande marina has lots of restaurants and we ate several times in the family run Italian restaurant just inside San Roque Club, which is less then 5 mins away. Wonderful food and staff so friendly, they also do takeaway. Beautiful part of Spain, quiet and stunning views of the beach and mountains. Would love to go back and highly recommend.

“Very nice finishing touches - home from home”
We spent the month of August at the apartment and had a lovely time. Very quiet and relaxing small development close by to Sotogrande and Gibraltar and easy reach to Tarifa etc. Great terrace with comfortable seating, perfect for entertaining. I will certainly miss having my breakfast outside! Perfect for golf lovers as there are many golf courses close by. The apartment is nicely furnished with air conditioning. There is underground parking and a padel tennis court which was put to use most days. The swimming pool has a lifeguard on duty so perfect for my children who were old enough to pop down for a swim on their own. I would recommend this apartment, we will be returning! A very friendly owner as well, extremely helpful.
