Description

Our family owned Orlando vacation spot is conveniently located four miles from Walt Disney World in the private residential area of Lindfield Estates in Kissimmee, Florida. There is fun for the whole family to enjoy! You're only a hop, skip and a jump away from all the Disney theme parks including Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon. Other nearby attractions include: Universal Studios, Sea World, Island of Adventures, Gator Land and Wet-n-Wild.

Guests may also enjoy shopping and dining at the multitude of restaurants and shopping malls in the surrounding area or get out and relax on the links. The Orlando / Kissimmee area is home to several championship golf courses, such as Champions Gate, Orange Lake, Celebrations and the Disney Resort courses.

Within two miles of the properties, you'll find the convenience of a Public Grocery, Walgreens & Super Wal-Mart.

We have two units for our guests to enjoy in the Grand Palms Resort. With two units, we are able to accommodate parties of 16 guests plus infants.

Both units are beautifully decorated and have fully equipped kitchens, family rooms with flat screen LCD TVs, wireless internet and more. You can stay in our incredible condos with all the comforts of home for a fraction of the cost of the small traditional Disney Resort hotel room while still being close to the parks.

This non-smoking condo is a first floor unit with three bedrooms and two baths. The unit, constructed in 2004, is fully furnished with all the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen, linens and towels, washer and dryer, central air conditioning and wireless internet. There is a private screened in patio off the living room area, which leads out to the community's large heated pool, hot tub, gym, tennis court, barbeque area with charcoal grills, tables, umbrellas and gazebo.

“Great stay”

I would rate the unit a 4.5, because housekeep forgot change the sheet on the sofa bed in living room, and the company that manage the unit never responded to phone call.

In speaking with the authorities, the guest left the keys in their rental car and they deemed this to be an isolated incident. We have owned the property since July 2010 and live onsite during the winter months of January to March every year. We've not had any issues since purchase and as you can see by our other reviews, no other guests have. Response from the owner Guest was given all check in instructions weeks before their arrival. Guest forgot to bring instructions with them and tried calling us at 1:30 in the morning. We resent the guest the check in instructions first thing in the morning to grant them access to the unit. The communications with the guest were provided to Trip Advisor as support for their reservation. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for the guest not being able to follow instructions. Guest had a great stay once in the unit.
