the apartment has been redecorated with new side windows and blinds ,new fridge freezer, new hob and combination oven microwave and dinning table Very attractive clean apartment with excellent pool and sea views .Large comfortable Lounge with english tv BBC1 BBC2 ITV C 4 , dvd /mp3 player, ceiling fan, open plan kitchen area, one large bedroom with ceiling fan and a fully fitted bathroom with shower and washing machine . The apartment is very well equipped with new items and tastefully decorated. all linen and towels are new and it also has a large balcony area with sun all afternoon, the apartment also has its own safety deposit box free of charge

“Great little apartment tastefully decorated”
Very convenient for the shops and supermarkets and bars and restaurants on one level so not too many hills to climb and only a short 10 to 15 minutes walk down to the beach. The complex next door to Orlando which is Sunset Bay Club has some very good restaurants for all different types, my favourite being Jamies bar and Casa Tres and for those who like the English Pub with football are the Sun Inn and Wiggins pub. The swimming pool is very nice and has the sun for most of the day but the balcony of the apartment only gets it in the late afternoon
