La Villa "Sambatra" est située face à la mer, près d'un village de pêcheurs, Maroala, à Amboroby. Elle est à 5 kms de l'aéroport de Mahajanga-Amborovy et à 11 kms du centre ville de Mahajanga (Rond-point de l'hôtel de ville). Elle comprend l'habitation principale de 103 m2 (1 salle de séjour, 2 chambres climatisées, 1 cuisine, 1 salle de bain et une grande terrasse) et deux bungalows construits en matériaux traditionnels, abritant chacun une chambre ventilée, ce qui fait au total 4 chambres. C'est l'ensemble qui est loué.
