This recently renovated villa in the spirit of the country and tradition, is spacious, comfortable, well insulated, cool in summer, easy to heat in winter, it enjoys a very pleasant location by the sea and close to major axes and Catalan cities. The villa is surrounded by a large garden with a private pool, a barbecue, a terrace connected to the kitchen and another terrace for naps, children's games and cookouts. The furniture is of quality. The level of comfort will allow you to feel at home ... in season as out of season. Indeed, the house is equipped with WiFi, air conditioning and satellite TV. It is located in the heart of the residential area "La Plana" in which there are a soccer field, several boules courts, a playground for children, scenic paths to the surrounding villages, a hotel / restaurant.La region should perfect for all kinds of water sports. Do not miss to visit the theme park Port Aventura (30 km), the National Park Delta del Ebro (100 km), Tarragona (25 km) and Barcelona (75 km). Not far from the residence, many supermarkets facilitate your daily shopping and a bus stop will allow you to easily reach the city center as well as more remote beaches. The coastal trails are close and offer you beautiful walks.
