We have looked into your booking, and there seemed to have been confusion with your last-minute booking that the property manager failed to schedule the cleaning crew in a timely manner. In regards to the hot tub, we have arranged the maintenance team to repair and solve the issue with the heater. As part of our courtesy, pet fee was waived from your booking.
