Recently renovated (July 2019) 2 bedroom apartment at cosy residence on the 1st beachline at Las Americas.
We invite you to spend unforgetable holidays at nice and comfortable residence on the 1st beachline of famous Las Americas resort.
Apartment is located on the ground floor with the direct access to the quiet and peaceful swimming pool area.
Wi-Fi is available inside the flat and in community areas (free of charge).
The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms (bathtube and shower), livingroom with sofa-bed & with kitchen-corner and dinner table with chairs.
Description of the flat:
- living room has a seating area with sofa-bed, satellite TV and dining area with table and seats;
- kitchen is equipped with full range stove and oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, blender, orange-juicer, kettle, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, plates, pots, pans and kitchen sheets;
- the main bedroom with bathroom in-suite has a double bed and wardrobe;
- the second bedroom has two single beds, wardrobe;
- there is second bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, as well as pool view terrace with terrace furniture.

Response from the owner The apartment was totally repaired during the summer of 2019. It now has much more lights options inside the rooms as well as there are ceiling fans in both of bedrooms now and air conditioning in the living room.

“A fantastic stay”
Well where do I start,from start to finish our visit was amazing just what we needed a week befor Christmas.once we booked we had fantastic communication with Olga who owns the apartment and upon arrival we were greeted by a lovely gentleman who showed us to the apartment which is located in the most fantastic place just beside the beach.as we walked through the restaurant we came to the pool area which was beautiful! The gentleman showed us everything we needed to see/know in the apartment! It is a genourous size with everything you need whilst on holiday with the benefit of 2 bathrooms which was needed with 4adults and 3 children one of whom was a toddler and as promised we was provided with a travel cot which was highly appreciated! Had a washing machine and the beds were so comfortable which is always a worry for us when going away! The outside space was great with enough room to have a table and loungers! Was shaded but also had a lot of sun too! Pool area was beautiful and the children enjoyed it with one side heated and the other not. The apartments had the entrance through the restaurant which had a code for entry and 2 other gated(needed a key) entrances one of which was right out to the beach and the other right by the shopping mall,and of an evening there was always a guard on there who was very friendly! We felt very safe there.A very well kept place and am hoping to book again in the summer,we have been to Tenerife a few times now and have now decided we wouldn't like to stay anywhere other than at this apartment!
