This apartment has been upgraded to a very high Standard.

The apartment, situated on the ever popular and well known Paloma Beach complex, is very spacious, at over sixty square metres, and has a nice balcony.

Our apartment is legally registered with the Tenerife Tourist Board and is handled by the sole management agent on the complex. Paloma Beach holds a valid licence for tourist accommodation, as required by local laws.

The complex itself has several stairs and lifts, providing easy and quick access for the elderly. There is a lovely little bar / restaurant situated near the large, heated pool, and the complex also has a children's pool area. There is night security, easy access parking and Paloma Beach is less than ten minutes walk from the town centre.

This luxurious apartment has a whole host of mod cons, all of the necessities and many essential extras.

There is a durable safety deposit box available for a small extra fee.

The apartment has a large TV & DVD player, plus a selection of UK Sky satellite channels (BBC, ITV, Sky1, Sky Sports1, Sky News etc), and there is no extra cost for using these facilities!

There are two large ceiling fans, one in the bedroom and one in the living area.

In the bedroom, there are two large high quality single beds, a tall mirror, a wardrobe and an additional clothes rack for extras!

Please note that the apartment must be vacated prior to 1000h on day of departure.

Important: Please contact us PRIOR to using the "Instant Booking" feature, as our calendars sometimes suffer a lag in synchronising. We would not want to disappoint anybody with a double booking!

“High quality, comfortable and a great place to stay”

We stayed here during a very hot summer and found it to be a great place to stay. The ceiling fans kept it just about right throughout the night and we made full use of the pool. I asked Dave about some of the previous comments on here and he advised me that an agency had been looking after the apartments when some of the previous reviewers stayed here and we certainly had no issues like those reported on here. In fact, Dave and Vaidas were both very welcoming and helpful both before and during our stay. The pool has been rebuilt and was lovely. It was the right temperature with varying depths and plenty of space around for sun beds etc. Our apartment was furnished to a very high standard and was very clean throughout. The well equipped kitchen helped us to eat in lots as well as enjoying the nearby restaurants. We had a lovely holiday here and will definitely be returning.

“Nice looking room , miserable residents”

We stayed here in November 2012 and on first impressions in looked good , the room is done up well and things were looking good. After unpacking we decided to go check out the pool area, we were so disappointed as the pool was so small and defiantly not heated !!!!!! It was freezing cold sea water , and there is a sign saying no ball games or lilo's so I wouldn't recommend if you have kids. We also smiled at the other residents only to be ignored by almost everyone , it got to the point of me and my girlfriend playing a game who get get the most smiles or replies back in a day ! It was a low scoring contest ! When we got back to the room at night it was roasting in there and there is no air con just a fan that made so much noise. I wouldn't recommend going in the summer it would not be bearable.

“beautiful modern cleanand fresh apartment”

we were really impressed with the decor and how clean the apartment was.It was apparent that the apartment had been recently refurbished and it was nice to see that a bit of thought had been put into this and the standard of the finish was good. the complex its self was relatively quiet suppose this was to be expected given the time of year we visited. We could only find a lift from the first floor up so we had to carry our luggage up the first flight of stairs. The only things that didnt impress us was the fact that during our stay of 7 days we only had fresh towels left in once and the bed linen wasnt changed at all and we felt that we were sleeping in grubby beds by the end of our stay as the weather was very hot. There was also no washing machine in the apartment - if there had been one i would have washed both the towels and the bedlinen. However if we were guaranteed fresh linen and towels more often we would definitely go back to this apartment.

Really good sized apartment. Had everything we could have needed in kitchen. Much better than the usual decor and furnishings you would find in a Spanish holiday apartment. Balcony had partial sea views and doesn't get a lot of sun but this keeps the apartment cool with the ceiling fan in lounge. Our only complaint was the bedroom ceiling fan wasn't working and it could get warm at night unless window left open. Reported it to reception but it didn't get fixed while we were there. The apartment complex and pool was well kept with mostly English staff who were always very pleasant. There were lots of good restaurants and bars nearby or a nice walk along the front would take us into the centre of Los Christianos for lots more. A great holiday all round.
