Description

A lovely one-bedroom air conditioned apartment in the front-line complex of Parque Santiago 2, located in Playa de las Americas. The apartment has new kitchen and bathroom, new beds & new furniture throughout, full kitchen with a coffee maker, microwave & washing machine, 43" Smart tv with BBC1, ITV, Channel 4, Sky News etc as well as Netflix & Prime Video (to log into), bedside internet radio (BBC radio 1, 2, 3, 4 etc) and a DVD player with 50+ movies to choose from. There is free wifi access in the apartment from a private router offering download speeds of up to 100mbps (fast!). There is also free wifi at the pool and throughout the complex. The apartment is located on the third floor with fantastic views of Teide and surrounding landscape and part-views of the sea (no lift). There is a large sunny balcony (sun from early morning to late afternoon) with extendible awning for shade. The open plan design of the apartment makes it ideal only for a couple or a couple with pre-teen children and is not suitable for 4 adults. The apartment was visited by Trip Advisor in March 2016.

“Tenerife holiday find”

Lovely week spent in Parque Santiago 2. Apartment very well located close to beach, both the surfer beaches and the sandy family beaches. Close to some lovely restaurants- walking distance from most things and pedestrianised. Easy access to both your and public transport and car rental places should you want to explore the island (Teide is breathtaking and well worth a trip). Beds and sofa bed very comfortable and apartment well equipped. Everything we needed and little touches to make it a home from home(dvds, lovely artificial flowers etc) loved that there was even a washing machine too as meant we could travel lighter and wash while here with little effort. Huge balcony with comfy chairs and table to sit and watch world go by. Pool lovely. Very large and big enough to actually swim if you like to do a few laps in the morning. We were here in middle of heatwave but the apartment was cool enough thanks to the fans/ air conditioning. Hope to come back again!

“Fabulous!”

My husband and I stayed in this apartment for 8 days in February and had a fabulous time. The apartment was very comfortable, had everything we needed and more besides. The communication with the owner was prompt and helpful. The location was perfect and we loved the balcony for enjoying the sun and people watching. Despite its location near bars and restaurants, we didn’t have any issues with noise. I normally need to wear ear plugs at night but I didn’t need them once. The beds were also really comfortable for both of us. We’d definitely recommend to other travellers and would be very happy stay here again.

Great location, lovely apartment, fantastic balcony,sun rise till late afternoon, yes it is up a few flights of stairs but don't let that put you off, well worth it. I hope to stay here again ASAP.
