Description

Villa Tresquinas located in Marbella, on  the prestigious Rio Real Golf UrbanizationThis incredible villa is situated on the Rio Real Golf course, with spectacular views  of the sea and mountains that surround it.

The villa is all on one level. 500m2 with perfect layout. In the centre of the villa, is the lounge and living area; The spacious and confortable dinning area sits up to 12 and opens onto the garden and pool area. Both areas are spacious and have lots of light and can access the pool from both areas. There is a second lounge where you will find a TV and chimnea. This also has views of the garden and pool.

The kitchen is large and spacious. It is furnished with a breakfast bar that sits 6 on hight bar stools. 

The house is split in two main areas leading from the lounge and dinning area. On oneside you have 4 bedrooms, 3 of them being en suite. 3 of the bedrooms have double beds and one has 2 singles (4 beds).

On the other side of the villa you will find one ensuite bedroom, that has direct access to the garden and pool area. On this side of the villa you have another room and independent bathroom. 

The majority of the areas of the villa have views of the garden, golf and pool which gives a great sense of peace and wellbeing.

Outside are has an undercover barbecue area that includes all the necessary equipment for a bbq, a kitchen area. It has a table to sit 12 people. In the same area you will find loungers to sunbathe on, as well as other loungers for the garden. 

The swimming pool has a shallow and a deep end.

Heated outdoor pool is not included in the prices. Ask about it if you are interested.

This amazing and modern villa located in Marbella, just on first line golf and walkable distance to the beach. Puerto Banus is just 10 minutes driving from the villa, easy and fast access to the motorway. It is very close to La Cañada Shopping Center.
