WE ARE SO SORRY, BUT, DUE TO COVID, WE HAVE HAD TO SELL THE APARTMENT SHOWN IN THE LEAD PHOTO. HOWEVER, WE WILL NOT BE DOWN FOR LONG! WE WILL BE RENTING OUT OUR OWN HOME (RIGHT OPPOSITE CALABLANCA) IN 2022: A LUXURY, NEW BUILD 2 DOUBLE BED APARTMENT WITH A 12 MONTH HEATED POOL, QUALITY SUNBEDS & COMMUNITY GYM! An exceptional, generously proportioned, luxury second floor apartment, accessed via stairs or a lift, with far reaching views to the mountains, the sea & golf courses. Large, secluded, south westerly aspect balcony, plus easterly aspect rear balcony. Walking distance (8 minutes) of the beautiful, wide sandy beach & the village of La Cala de Mijas with numerous quality restaurants, chiringuitos, bus routes & taxi rank. Aldi superstore within a 2 minute walk.

Great train service from Malaga as far as Fuengirola. Bus services regular & punctual from centre of the village all the way along the coast. Taxi rank five minute walk away.

“Great apartment, perfect location.”

Having stayed in many apartments over the past 20 years, this stands out as one of the best. Well presented in every way with high end fixtures and fittings in a perfect location close to the main town of La Cala. Small touches such as the provision of detergents and basic foodstuffs made it very easy to settle in. We will certainly book from this landlord in the future, highly recommended.

“Superb!”

This apartment ranks amongst the best we have stayed in. In over 20 years coming to this area, we were both surprised and delighted at the quality of the accommodation and the fittings. Great location for walking into town and for access to the local golf courses. Small details like leaving washing tabs and cleaning materials meant that we didn't have to buy large packets and leave them behind. Alison at the management company was also very helpful. It will be a shame when this property is sold and no longer available!

“Beautiful apartment convenient for local amenities”

The apartment has a lovely, quiet swimming pool area and is just a short walk to the beach, local restaurants and the market. Easy to explore towns along the coastline using local buses. Ideal for couples or a small family as it's secure with all home comforts provided. We're just back from 10 days' holiday yet feel we were discovering new places each day.
