Description

"House Maestral" is a typical Istrian house. It is located in a quiet village Bratulići, 17 kilometers north-east of the town of Pula in Croatia

In a typical Istrian ambience, away from city noise and crowds, in the midst of pristine nature with the scent of lavender, under the warm Mediterranean sun, in the embrace of waves in the Adriatic, in the "House Maestral" you will relive the best days of your vacation!

THE GROUND FLOOR has a large living room with fireplace, dining room, wc / shower, kitchen and gallery where are three beds. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower with bidet. In the backyard there is a swimming pool with two covered terraces and outdoor fireplace. The house was designed for a maximum of 8 persons. Guests have several bikes and optionally place for the speedboat, and speedboats can be rented. Parking is on a private property.

KITCHEN - DINING ROOM:

On th ground floor there is a kitchen with electrical appliances, dish washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and a toaster. There is a dining room too.

IN FRONT of the house is a terrace. There is a heated (from cca. 1.10. till 15.05.) swimming pool (7x3,5) with a terrace for sunbathing and one covered terrace for enjoying your summer vacation. Near the terrace there is a fireplace for grilling. There are parking spaces too for your cars.

The owner doesn't live in the house.

PLACE "Bratulići" is located 17km north-east of the town of Pula. The location is ideal for guests who want peace and quiet in nature. Nearby there are plenty of bicycle paths and hiking trails and lots of undiscovered beaches.

In place Bratulići, 200m from the "Villa Maestral" are our typical restaurants with excellent local Istrian specialties, and 900m further is the pizza place.

Krnica, nearest beach is 5km from the village, and the first tourist beach is in the "Duga uvala" with the hotel, about 12 km away from the "House Maestral".
