"Idylle und Landleben".Grenze Frankreich / Grenze Luxemburg mit dem Auto ca..40 min, International Airport Frankfurt (FRA) ca. 80 min., Autofahrt ca 15 Min. bis Ramstein Airbase Gate oder Landstuhl (LRMC) 25 Min. Kaiserslautern. Direkt am Haus führt ein Fussweg ca 600 m zum See (Camping/Tennis....) in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Ferienwohnung ein Bauernhof und Gemeindesaal Ortsteil Sand dort und auch beim Wellnesscenter (Spa) findet man weitere Parkmöglichkeiten, eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Gebäude. Desweiteren bietet ein stillgelegter Bistro auf dem gleichen Gelände die Möglichkeit zur privaten Nutzung (auf Anfrage) Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Arzt, Bank alles in unmittelbarer Nähe (1km) vorhanden, Kik, Netto mit Bäckerei, DM Markt, Aldi, Penny, WASGAU's Backerei ist täglich geöffnet auch Sonntags (Frühstück oder auch ein warmes Mittagessen ist dort kein Problem)
