Description

Noomi's beach house is nested on a hillside in a beautiful private complex with it's private beach. You will be surrounded by nature in this multilevel house, with the beach and complex pool literally a 5 minutes short walk away. Enjoy the house's own pool, read a book at the "hamaquero" enjoying the view or grill the perfect barbecue.

Getting around

You will need a car to get around, especially if you want to go to El Puerto to buy groceries. If you want to visit closer beaches like EL Tunco, you can ride the local bus, but we wouldn't recommend it unless you speak and understand Spanish. It's always a good idea to ask locals for tips and recommendations on local transportation.

Interaction with guest

We will try to have minimum interaction with you because we want you to relax and enjoy from the very first minute you get to our house. If you need anything we will be always ready to read and reply to your messages or answer your calls.

-We will ask for a list of all guests and their IDs in order to make you a permit to enter. IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE PERMIT SECURITY WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO ENTER XANADU.
-No parties and no firearms allowed on the property.
-Smoking is only allowed in common areas by the pool and please throw any waste in the garbage can.
-Only drink water from the provided 1 gallon bottle.
-You need to bring your own charcoal for the bbq and clean it after using it.
-Turn off AC and pool light if not using.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jaime (the owner) a message.

If Jaime (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
