Welcome to Apartments Delfini - Apartment 2 !

100m from the sea with a balcony with a breathtaking panorama

view of the sea/islands which will linger in your memories long after

you have returned from your holidays ;).

Specialised for non-smokers & no pets.

Sleeping maximum 3 guests (A2 + 1 child with extra bed).

Prices are for 2 people - additional cost for extra bed is 0-8 Euro/night +

(age dependant)

We have only a few apartments in the villa and are located 1km from

the center of Sveti Filip i Jakov and 2km from the center of Biograd

na moru ensuring a peaceful/relaxing atmosphere. An olive orchard

separates the villa from the sea.

The villa is built with quality, comfort and convenience in mind,

well insulated, cool during the summer with additional ceiling

ventilation and warm in winter with central floor heating.

The parking area is on the north side of the villa with a permanent

parking space for each apartment. The grill area is on the south side of the

villa towards the sea. Mediterranean style can be seen around the villa

with stone walls, paved areas, herbs, flowers, fruit trees and vegetables.

The modern sunny-light apartment is on the 2.5 floor oriented towards

the south: a cozy dining-living room with satellite TV, DB / sofa bed, dining

area, wardrobe with safe, remote control ceiling fan, kitchen (ceramic

electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer), readingdesk, bathroom with

shower / sink / toilet. Balcony with table/chairs and a wonderful sea view.

Sun and Sea: Directly in front of the apartments is a sandy beach which is

ideal for small children and anyone who enjoys a beach which is not crowded

as we are some 500m south from Sv. Filip i Jakov and a little further from

Biograd na moru. If we continue north along this sandy beach for some

50m is a beach-bar selling food, drinks, icream etc., with tables and chairs.

Further north, the beach is paved , pebbles in the water and there are more beach-bars.

If you like a more secluded beach, then you can head south and find

several small sandy and rocky coves. If you go as far as Biograd na moru,

there are more sandy beaches.

In case you are arriving by ship or plane, I am able to offer you a pick-up

service at Zadar / Zadar airport.
