“False Advertised Villa”

It was my fiancés birthday so we decided to book the Villa “La Gampierre” in Saint Lucia. My lady arrived a day before me because my flight got delayed. Upon her arrival she noticed that there wasn’t any hot water or reliable water pressure in any of the showers in the Villa. She then told Lucy who is the property manager and Lucy told her that there is hot water when the sun is out because of solar panels. This is not in the property description prior to booking and for the amount of money we paid for the Villa is was very inconveniencing. My fiancé tried to contact the owner about this but the owner blocked her from contact further. The property manager Lucy also further inconvenienced us by trying to leave my fiancé stranded without transportation when she wanted to leave because of the inconvenience. The Villa is in a secluded area that you cannot get to unless you get instructions from someone who is already familiar with the area.. it is not accessible by gps. Which is another thing that wasn’t advertised in the property description. The only contact we received from the owner was a distasteful email talking extremely out of line about my fiancé because she was in frustration with her accommodations; in which she had every right to be. After all these inconveniences and disrespect .. we decided to book at a resort and leave the Villa. Our resort only had availability for the next day so we had to stay one more night uncomfortably in the Villa without a choice. This was all very stressful because not only do we feel cheated out of our money but Lucy and the owner also put my fiancés safety at risk. We would like a full refund because it was false advertised in so many ways.. we would have never booked there if we knew there wasn’t hot water.. properly running water.. and proper transportation.
