Description

Apartment for 4 people with two bedrooms. The first bedroom with a double bed and the second with two single beds. The living / dining room opens onto a terrace with views of the pool. The kitchen is equipped. Access parking, garden and swimming pool of the residence. We will be at your disposal to organize the transfer from the airport. You will be able to call our technical maintenance team for any need. You will find in our guide of stay transmitted after reservation the necessary information for your installation. The district: Pereybère is located on the north coast of the island, region most frequented by the tourists with a rate of sunshine and higher temperatures than the rest of the island. Its public sand beach is ideal for swimming.In front of this beach there is a small town center with several restaurants, small shops, supermarket and providers for water activities and excursions. "Beach apartment Pereybere" is 300 meters away. The residence is located on the sea side. Along a small path, we arrive at a beach ideal for sunbathing in peace with a magnificent view of the islands and an unforgettable sunset. At 150 meters from the apartment you will have a supermarket with a bakery. A few steps further you can stock up on exotic fruits (litchis, mango, Victoria pineapple ...) and vegetables from a friendly Primeur. Grand Bay, the tourist capital of the north is a 10 minute drive, also accessible by bus. Transportation: Bus and taxi stand are within 300 meters. Collective taxis are also available. The residence has a parking.Distance from the airport: about 70 KM. Please note that the apartment may not be suitable for some older guests as it is not located on the ground floor.

“Location gem”

This apartment in Pereybere is superbly located for easy access to the beach, a local supemarket and bakery and bus routes. Great if you would like a Mauritius getaway without needing to drive. The new Bloom café and restaurant (with good coffee!) is also within walking distance. The apartment is light, spacious and well-equipped: just right for a beach holiday, especially for a family. Wifi, hot water and electricity all reliable. Plus a coffee-maker (note the theme). The bus routes connect to Port Louis, Pamplemousses (for the Botanical Gardens), Grand Baie, La Croisette (again, for good coffee spots), Mont Choisy etc. The pool is sparkling and deserves a star all to itself. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Response from the owner Dear Sir we are sorry that the apartment did not meet your expectations and we sincerly apologize for this. Concerning the location of the apartment, please refer to the messages sent before booking In which it seems for us that informations was correctly given. In our 1st August 2017 message we wrote : " Thanks for your interest for our beach apartment. We Will be glad to welcome you for this period. Please note however that we are actually on the 2nd flood without lift ". In our 2nd august message we wrote " My mother who is 73 years old use to find 2 level stairs a bit hard. Please make sure that it is ok before confirming ". The following reply was sent to us on the 2nd august "we shall be ok to run up and down two flights of stairs". For the swimming pool and water pressure we apologize because maintenance work was supposed to have been finished one month before check in. It was managed by joint property and was unfortunately finished only at the end of june 2018. It is right that the pool at the date of your stay was not like on the photo on the web site because of the maintenance. We apologize once more for this and confirmed that a refund of the stay was made in the week we received the correct bank account number.

Response from the owner Bonjour, Lors des dernières échanges avec votre maman, nous étions ravis d'apprendre qu'elle se remettait bien de cet accident. Nous regrettons que vous n'avez pas pu profiter pleinement de votre séjour l'année derniere compte tenu de ces événements. Le chèque de remboursement que nous avions envoyé nous a effectivement été retourné . Votre maman a estimé qu'il s'agissait d'evements imprévisibles. Notre équipe a fait de son mieux pour intervenir rapidement lors de la survenance de la  fuite. M.Wesley n'étant malheureusement pas qualifié pour ce type d'intervention, nous avons dû  sollicité un plombier qui a pu effectivement  intervenir d'urgence pour résoudre le problème. Nous comprenons que les échanges ont pu être vives au moment de cet incident et nous le regrettons. Nous avons intégré depuis dans notre guide de séjour les coordonnées des techniciens à contacter directement pour tout problème pour être encore plus réactif. Concernant les équipements, nous vous confirmons qu'en 2015 nous étions au tout début de notre activité.  Depuis les remarques évoqués (que nous avions déjà eu l'occasion de discuté l'année dernière) ont été prise en compte. Le wifi est désormais gratuit et illimité. Les équipements de cuisine amélioré ainsi que le nombre de cintres et la chaise en plastique remplacée . Il y avait effectivement un oubli au niveau du tapis de bain. Malheureusement cette information nous n'avait pas été signalée pour qu'on puisse y remédier rapidement. Nous vous remercions du recul pris dans la rédaction de ce commentaire. Vous avez au final emis  des  recommandations et une bonne evaluation pour notre appartement malgré un contexte particulier de votre séjour. Nous vous remercions de cette confiance témoignée. Deniso
