The Space

It is a private holiday home beautifully furnished in a detached 3 storey home in a private 24/7 gated & guarded secured compound in a low density garden. 3 main bedrooms with 2 master bedrooms. Near to amenities like supermarket & food outlets yet secluded with complete privacy within walled compound. Has a lovely garden with eco friendly surroundings. The rooms are all located in a bungalow unit and is fitted with an ensuite bathroom. Full queen size bed or twin double bed is available for your choice. There will be either hot or cold bath with strong water pressure. Located in a private & serene 24/7 gated & guarded compound with guaranteed peaceful undisturbed sleep. There is a beautiful garden to sit & relax in with either a book or a cup of coffee to while away the time comfortably. The home is equipped with smoke detectors , alarm system for added protection for our guests but there will be guard patrols on an hourly basis outside the home compound too to ensure our guests is well protected & safe throughout their stay.

Guest Access

There is a fully fitted kitchen with clean potable filtered drinking water. A huge refrigerator in case you need to chill out your drinks & lots of ice cubes. A fully equipped Oven, cooker hob & hood is also available for guests to heat up their food. Bread toaster, hair dryer, pancake hotcake etc etc. Ease of travel available with Call up Taxi's or private transport. Private local tours can be arranged. KLIA airport pick up & sent off can be arranged. 5 minutes by private transport or 15 minutes by biking to the nearest Giant hypermarket & eating facilities, KFC & Pizza Hut Restaurants or any other local F&B outlets

Interaction with Guests

The hosts are conversant in English, Mandarin, Malay, many other Chinese dialects like Cantonese, Hokkien etc, etc. Guests privacy is fully assured but if there are requests for information on the surrounding food & shopping or even tourist attractions, we will be most happy to accommodate all these request over a cup of coffee & we will offer our most extreme help to ensure our guest have a comfortable stay...be it for 1 night or 2 nights or even longer. We will be in attendance. There will be no stay in owners except for our guests. We will provide utmost assistance & information to our guests on any request or help that is necessary. Guests will have the privacy of their own room , complete freedom to use the common dinning hall, kitchen cooking facilities , BBQ pit , refrigerator & washing machine is available. An AV room is also made available to catch up on a wide selection of the movie shows. We, the home owner are just a phone call away and willing to lent assistance in any way possible to make your stay here as comfortable & relaxing as possible.

The Neighborhood

Shah Alam brings to mind, I-City, lots of touristic attractions like the grand Shah Alam Blue Mosque, great shopping's at one of the top named bazaar "Jakel Shopping Complex" lots of food restaurants nearby with great varieties of Malay, Chinese, Mamak, Indian & even ala Thai nearby & even with 24/7 fast food chains like KFC, Pizza Hut, MacDonald's & lots of other western restaurants nearby. Many Hypermarkets & Supermarket's nearby AEON Jayajusco, Giant Hypermarket, TESCO etc. Only 30 mins from the greater KL City centre by car or from KTM train station at Shah Alam. Warm friendly neighborhood with low density population. Quiet secluded home with large garden. Next to a Golf Driving Range , Fish & Prawn fishing farms & available jogging tracks & external garden.

Getting Around

Public transport is available just 15 mins walking distance & our local KTM train station is just 15 mins drive away. Private booking for transportation for KLIA pick up & sent off is available upon request or Call a Cab services is also available. Private tours can be arranged to places of interest in & all around KL City or even to outstation trips like Malacca* or Ipoh* or even to Penang* (T&C apply) Train trips are available to the above destination as the KTM train station is only 15 mins drive away. Convenient Public Transport 10 minutes walk outside or Call Taxi's is available. Private booking of Transportation for local tours, KLIA pick-up or sent off can be arranged.

Other Things to Note

We love interaction between guests & hosts and we welcome any suggestions* or request* within our means to provide to our guests as part of our Malaysian culture. Feel free to ask the hosts after all it costs you nothing to ask but you may gain a lot of information & assistance towards achieving your request. This is a privately owned detached 3 storey home with no home owners staying in the home.

House Rules



Just feel free to check in, rest & relax as you will be mostly left on your own undisturbed as the Hosts respect your privacy. Of course we love our guests to treat the house like their own home i.e., to take considerable good care to respect the home and not to do the things they would not have done in their own home otherwise. Feel free to use whatever is supplied in the home and if there are any request out of the ordinary that you may require like eg, in case of a medical emergency the guests is encourage to call up to the hosts at any time to request for assistance. Smoking is allowed in the garden compound as it's in an open space. Cigarette dispensers can be provided upon request. There will be strictly no smoking in the bedroom to prevent cigarette smoke from adhering to the bed sheets & bedroom walls. The hosts do requests that if there is any entertainment to be conducted among house guests to keep it to a respectable decibel to avoid unnecessary disturbances to other guests or neighbors nearby. We thank you for your kind co operation to make your stay as pleasant as possible otherwise it's all Free & Easy.We sincerely request your kind assistance to enjoy your holiday with lots of relaxing time & interaction with our happy & friendly neighbors in the neighborhood. We would love you to have a great time among all your friends having a great BBQ or steamboat party....loads of good food, lemon juice, tea or coffee or what have you to enjoy....so hopefully with so much of good food & drinks everyone is going to have a whale of a good time but hahahahahahhaha not too late into the night because you all party goers need to rest & sleep too to prepare for another brand new day tomorrow to be just "HAPPY"..!!!
