Spectacular patio & pergola make outdoor living a pleasure. A lush & cozy backyard makes it your private sanctuary.
Carport for your small car and plenty of driveway space.
Quiet, friendly neighborhood centrally located; walking distance to the bay, major grocery store, two hospitals (Dr's Regional & Driscoll Children's), restaurants, dollar store, gym.
Under a 30 minute drive from house to beach. 10 minute walk to bay front, 5 more to kid-magnet Cole Park. 10 minutes to Downtown, 15 minutes to attractions Concrete Street Ampitheatre, Whataburger Field, American Bank Center, Hurricane Alley water park, The Lexington, Texas State Aquarium. 10 minutes to La Palmera Mall and many restaurants. 30 minutes to N. Padre Island, 40 minutes to Port Aransas. Bus stop is one block away.
I have filled my home with original art, functional antiques, lovely rugs - and NO clutter! Most people when entering my home comment on the "good energy" vibe...you will LOVE calling this place home for your stay here in Corpus Christi. As we say here; "Mi casa es su casa!" (my house is your house).
PLEASE NOTE: I live on the property, in the little "casita" on the other side of the patio. You can see it in the photos of the backyard/patio. My priority however is to insure your privacy; I have my own entrance from the backyard so that I don't have to invade your space. On the other hand, I am readily available for any advice about the area, or any questions or problems that could arise.
If you're returning to the house from being at the beach, please rinse yourselves off in the garden hose - it's located in the back yard on the side of the little back building. I look forward to rigging up an outdoor shower back there for your use in the future!
Trash: There is NO garbage disposal. There is a recycle bin next to the washer/dryer. The city does NOT recycle GLASS (I know, I know.) The city-sized trash & recycle cans are located on the outside wall of the carport. FYI - trash collection is on Tuesday.
Checking out:
You don't need to make up the beds or strip them when checking out. Please wash or rinse your dishes & load into the dishwasher (no need to start it), and please take any perishables in the refrigerator. You can leave dirty towels on the floor in the bathroom.
