Sea View apartment set in a landscaped secure gated complex with 5 swimming pools and tennis court. 5 minute drive to the beach and to Port Duquesa. Ideal for couples, groups, or a family of up to 5 people.
It's beautifully quiet, for young couples or families-it caters for a wide range of people.
It has Sky with only the free channels but more then enough to choose from.
There is a super fast fiber optic internet with a speed of 300MBs which is good for streaming HD programs and download movies in seconds.
Take a 20 minute stroll to local shops and restaurants, or a 30 minute walk to the beautiful Puerto Duquesa with a wide range of international cuisine, or go watch the sun set over the port whilst sipping cocktails
5 swimming pools with free sun-bathing loungers. One child's pool. All within a minute of the apartment, within the secure complex. Secure underground parking with a lift from car park to apartment-all very secure.
Our apartment is in Manilva, a 60 minute drive from Malaga airport (approx 90km) or a 30 minute drive from Gibraltar airport.
The apartment is within a 20-30 minute walk to the beach (3 minutes by car, with plenty of free parking). CAR IS RECOMMENDED.
Adjacent to, and overlooks a beautiful Duquesa golf course. Other golf courses within a 20 min drive include: Alemnara in Sotogrande (20 mins away), Alcaidesa Golf in San Roque (20 mins), El Paraisa in Estepona (15 mins); Dona Julia in Casares (10 mins).
The apartment boasts two generous sized bedrooms, one with a king sized bed, the other with two single beds. Two bathrooms with jacuzzi bath in the master bedroom, and walk in double shower in the second bathroom. Terrace with outside dining facilities. living room and main bedroom with a SEA VIEW and second bedroom overlooking the gorgeous tropical gardens.
Private terrace catches the morning sun,so you can have your morning coffee and enjoy the sea view.
The apartment is finished with fine marble throughout, and is fitted to a high specificity. It is finely furnished, and has all the 'home comforts' as well as necessities such as air conditioning, cooker, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine . All linen and laundry costs are included in the price. During your stay, cleaning may be done at an additional cost.

This apartment is best enjoyed with a car. Dedicated secure underground parking is supplied, and you get the freedom to explore at will.

In the apartment at 1.00 Regards Carolyn Sent from my iPhone Only after she refused to leave after the check out time which is clearly stated on the booking contract and made my key holder wait till 1:30pm she turned in this rude person and telling lies. The next guests were with little baby and because of her they couldnt check in at 4pm. To work out the TV???????????Its a regular tv with sky so i am not sure if you going to need luck for that. Spare plugs everywhere in fact 7. Never had a guest who refused to leave and if there was no other guest coming i would have let them stay without problem as i did before. And i would not have someone like you back anyway. No one ever had a problem finding duquesa village as the exact address is pinpointed on google maps.
