Interaction with guest

I provide comprehensive direction details & arrival information. There is good tourist help in the apartment. I don't live in Spain so I can't provide any 'hands on' help whilst my clients are there. However, I have agents nearby who are on hand in case of any problems. There is wifi in the apartment so I am available (by e mail) for any help/guidance virtually immediately.

How do damage deposits work?
