Response from the owner Dear guests, you booked a highly discounted rate which was clearly marked as non refundable and non flexible. With the lower price you accepted the fact that the risk for travel cancellations remains with you. I am very clear and also very strict with this policy. However, I think it is a fair policy bringing benefits to all partners. If you need flexibility in your travel arrangements I recommend to book a flexible rate. Nonetheless I am very sorry that you could not travel to Vienna this time. Norbert
