We at Versteeg Vacations, offer our guests clean,comfy, and nicely furnished vacation homes. Equipped with amenities such as air condition, induction stove, kettle, refrigerator, microwave, television and internet. A separate toilet & bath with hot & cold shower, fresh linens, fresh towels, guest toiletries, kitchen tools to help you whip up that homemade meal, and a complimentary welcome basket awaits our guests making this charming home the perfect ambiance for that R&R

GETTING AROUND
Apartment security can assist you in getting a cab, the taxi depot is right behind the property. You can easily walk your way to the main road to access the local Public Utility Jeepneys or if you would like to rent a car. Let us know and we can help you.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Property is gated and has a 24 hour guard on duty ensuring your safety. Also there might be some surprise treats from us coming your way, so please be advised.
Furthermore, this is a vacation home and if you are staying for a week, housekeeping will be done once a week.
For guests staying 28 days or more, electricity and water will be billed separately after every month
We also provide tours such as city tours, other package tours such as whale watching,Island hopping tour. Depending on the weather and availability. Message us for more information.

HOUSE RULES
Well, we don’t expect you to go bananas in any of our homes because after all, we trust you to be a responsible guest. Please do read our list of house rules here. You can also find it in our welcome book that is placed in our homes.
We would appreciate it if you could follow and abide to these rules.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
This home can occupy only 2 persons and an additional person will have an extra cost. Outsiders that are not part of the party who booked the home need to go through the building security first and are required to logged in.
APPLIANCES
We at versteegvacations support energy conservation, this is why we would like to encourage you to turn off and unplug appliances such as the air-conditioning unit and the stove before leaving the property.
Instructions on how to use the appliances can be found inside the home and make sure to switch on the exhaust when cooking.
WASTE DISPOSAL
Please make sure to dispose garbage daily to avoid pest infestation and to keep the home clean. Designated garbage cans are located downstairs just behind the stairs.
SMOKING
Smoking is not allowed in the home. But smoking is allowed in designated areas around the property, please dispose of your buds properly.
HOUSEKEEPING
Housekeeping and changing of linens and towels will be done once a week.
Housekeeping checks the inventory of everything in the home and notes also the condition of the home before you check-in and after you check out. If anything is missing or is damaged, total damage or replacement cost will be taken from the security deposit. Make sure to report damages or things needed for repair within 24 hours if there is any.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
We are not responsible for the loss or leaving behind of any jewelry, money, documents and valuables in either the home or other locations of the property. If anything is left behind during our inspection, we will try to contact you and return the item to you. If you desire the item to be returned to you and you are no longer in the city. You will shoulder the shipping fees.
CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS:
For security purposes we require you to show us a valid ID upon your arrival, we need to verify if the person checking in is the same person on the booking form. Therefore, have the party leader (the person who booked) bring either a Driver's License or a Passport. If we can't verify this, we can't check you into the home
NOTE: Keep us informed of your flight ETA/ETD. Notify us an hour before from the time of your departure/arrival. Update us on any flight delays/changes as soon as possible.
Please consider that we do not live in the property and we schedule our guest check-in and preparation an hour before your stated arrival/departure.
CHECKING OUT
Check-out time is before 11:00 am. Charges will incur if you stay beyond your check-out time. Upon checking-out, please make sure that you have everything with you. Please also leave the key on the kitchen counter when you check out of the home.
PETS
No pets are allowed in the home.
MALFUNCTIONS OR FAILURES
Please report it to us immediately.
LOST KEYS
In the event of lost keys, we will charge Php 2,000, for the reason that we will need to change our locks to ensure the safety of our guest. Please make sure not to lose the keys.
