The apartment is located in a very well maintained and flowered complex. Wonderfully located ^ to access on foot to all businesses, shops, restaurants.

Furnished in a modern style, the apartment offers you the neccessary comfort a success of your holiday.

one bedroom units, consisting of a bed, a large wardrobe and a dressing table. (linens provided) a bathroom equipped with a shower, WC, washing machine. (bath sheets and towels provided) a lounge with a sofa, two armchairs, telephones with French TNT, a HiFi a new fully equipped kitchen. fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, and utensils ménagers(torchons fournis) a terrace to enjoy your meal outside.

Response from the owner Several times you have stayed in our apartment and there was never a problem, but everyone can have a different one day, no problem. The period you stayed in,did not require more than a fan ,the ñights were not scorching, we were on the island at the same time as you and I don't think many apartments have multiple fans. As for the mattress ,we bought a mattress topper on purpose, for mort comfort and wich is not old at all. The fine duvet may be just for you ,but you had the option of using the 2 blankets that were available to you. There were 2 memory form pillows (rectangular ),they are perfect,for the others we will replace them. Ihope you still had a good holiday

El apartamento está completo (quizá faltan los canales españoles en ta tv), bien equipado, muy bien situado y en una zona tranquila. Por la noche en un hotel cercano ha habido conciertos y se oye mucho, pero a partir de las 0:00 horas y durante todo el día la tranquilidad es total

“Great Holiday”

Arrived at the appartment an hour and a half late as there was a problem with our transfer. The woman meeting us with our keys was still there waiting which was great. Only issue was she could not speak any English whatsoever, luckily my boyfriend could speak a little French and we managed to get by with that. The appartment itself was great as was the communication from the property owner. Appartment was clean and nicely decorated and supplied us with everything needed for our 10 night stay. The appartment is located in a nice residential complex which is secure and has a lovely pool area with a little poolbar which sells great food! Only downside is that the appartment got extremely hot, especially at night. There was a fan that we placed beside the bed whilst we were sleeping but even with that it was very hot. Aircon or even a few more fans would greatly improve this. Overall, we had a great stay and a great holiday. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone!
