Description
This cozy, (1,474 sq. ft.) cabin has it all! Its prime location is on the 7th Fairway of the Glaze Meadow Golf Course and is a conveniently short walk or bike ride to the Glaze Meadow Recreation area (on level terrain).
Tiered decks and a balcony off the upstairs master take advantage of the great views of the 7th Glaze Meadow Fairway. Lots of outdoor furniture and an eating area and gas BBQ make those evenings with friends and family at BBR memorable.
GM#132 has a lovely foyer that opens to the light and bright, open living, dining and kitchen. There is a King bedroom off the entry and a queen bedroom with a twin pull out trundle. Both bedrooms share the downstairs bathroom with a combination tub/shower.
The living area has a large flat screen television and a wood burning fireplace for those cool evenings. Relax on updated and comfortable furniture and feel free to use the extensive library of tapes and books. The dining table will seat up to 8 and the kitchen is updated with granite counter tops and well stocked. There is a full size washer and dryer in the laundry room off the kitchen and a single car garage.
The queen master suite is upstairs and has a deck balcony.
This home welcomes your dog. Please advise us if you are bringing a dog(s) (VRBO doesn't list the dog fees of $30/night per dog). You will be required to register your dog(s) and follow our rules governing your dog's stay. Fee are subject to change without notice.
You will love the décor, comfort and convenience of this adorable cabin and the location to the amenities couldn't be more convenient. The indoor pool of Glaze Meadow (open year round) and the outdoor pool, bike rentals, workout area, hot tub, sports shop, snack and coffee bars, kid's playground, spa, tennis, basketball court, bocci ball and pickle ball are all just a short walk away.
Portable AC's are available to rent, while supplies are available.
PLEASE NOTE: June 24th - September 4th there is a 6-night minimum on all properties. If you are having difficulty booking on-line, please call Black Butte Realty Group at five four one five four nine five five five five.
