Gorgeous 4-bedroom home located in Marston Mills! The owner offers a beach pass to any beach in Barnstable. This home has a beautiful full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. A separate dining area that can seat at least 6 people. A spacious living room with a large flat-screen TV the whole family can watch. Bonus bedroom on the second floor for additional sleeping. Great big, fenced-in backyard and large deck with gas grill to entertain! Enclosed outdoor shower off the master. Pet allowed with owner approval -- must be crate trained!! A/C units are located in the living room and each of the bedrooms.
