Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor of our family house in a friendly and quiet neighborhood in the most beautiful part of Rovinj, Borik, the best location between old town and beaches.

This newly decorated apartment has an area of 60 m² with a private entrance and is perfect to accommodate up to 2,3 or 4 persons, it's very comfortable, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped. The apartment interior consists of a living room with a comfortable sofa bed (for 1 or 2 persons/fee 10 EUR per person), AC, Satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with king-size bed (for 2 persons), bathroom and balcony of 6 m² surfaces where you can enjoy the long summer evenings.

- Free WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

- Free private parking is available onsite (reservation is not needed).

Extra services :

- As the house and apartment are located on a large estate with lots of greenery and open space, we accept small dogs. Before you book, please let us know what kind of dog you have. For a dog, we charge 10 € per day / on spot.

- We offer breakfast: 9 €/person

- Clothes washing service: 5 €

- If you're flying to Pula airport, we can organize transportation to Rovinj (35 €)

- If you're arriving by ferry or bus to Rovinj we can organize transportation to the apartment (7 €)

Getting around

The city can be reached in 25 minutes by walking along the coast, or 5 minutes by car. Bus station is ony 2 min from our location, with regular buses circulating between every hour. Just 5 minutes walk there is a little harbor where you can take a taxi boat to the city center. The ship departs every hour, and to the city center take only 5 minutes. Taxi service is available on call.

Interaction with guest

We will give you as much advice and information possible on where to go, what to visit, recommend restaurants, bars, shops, sightseeing... Since we live in the same house we are always at your disposal 24/7 ( in person, by phone, via text messages, mail or through TA message ). We will give our best to assist you, answer your questions and to make sure that you have a pleasant, memorable stay in Rovinj. We will check you in a Tourist office... All you need to do is enjoy your vacation ! You will get all the contacts after reservation is confirmed. Top Rovinj things to see & experience : Old Town, Saint Euphemia Cathedral, Port of Rovinj, Punta Corrente, St. Andrew's Island, Katarina Island, Monkodonja Hill Fort, Balbi Arch...
